Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy — Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program.
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent on our online appointment form (vieradentistry.com/book) or membership form, we may send you SMS text messages, including one-time verification codes and appointment requests, confirmations, and reminders. Mobile information is used solely to operate this messaging program. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving dental care. See our full SMS Terms & Conditions.
Note: the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices below governs protected health information used for treatment, payment, and health care operations. It does not permit — and we do not engage in — any sharing of mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
